I hereby apply for admission to membership
in this Society. My Scottish descent is as follows:

PurposeThe purpose for which the Caledonian Society is organized is to preserve and promote Scotland's heritage and encourage appreciation of Scotland's culture. MembershipThe members of this Society shall be men of Scottish nationality or descent, of at least 18 years and good moral character whose dues, in accordance with any schedule promulgated by the Society, are not more than twelve months in arrears. Fees and DuesAll candidates for membership shall pay to the Secretary an admission fee of five dollars. This sum shall accompany his application and, in the event, said application be rejected, shall be immediately returned to the applicant. All members shall pay to said secretary annual dues of ten dollars prior to the annual meeting. |
